I have over 2X the asking price in the engine and suspension on this.
The bike is not beautiful but mechanically its pretty good shape. I have run the bike about 30 minutes since complete rebuild.
new wiseco piston
OEM gaskets
The cylinder has a brand new sleeve.
This bike has a PSI brand pipe.
The kicker is new.
I had a head custom machined for this bike to set the squish band properly and get best compression for high test or 100 octane fuel.
The custom head work included installing a compression release to make the bike easy to start with high compression.
The bike has a new clutch
new brake pads.
Boyesen carbon PRO series reeds
I installed and have tuned a TMX flat-side carb for this so it has better throttle control than the original round bore carb and more overall hp as well.
flywheel weight to make the bike more controllable.
The forks have been rebuilt with new seals and bushings as well with new fork boots installed to protect them.
The rear shock has also been overhauled with new seal-head and bushings.
All fluid in the bike is amsoil accept the coolant it is Evans waterless coolant.
The stator has been re-manufactured
NOLOGY Ignition coil and wire.
new maxis tires and tubes and new rim strips
new double sealed bearings front and rear.
It could use a new silencer (the baffle is rusted with a temporary repair and repack)
a chain would be advised, its not badly worn nor the current sprockets but it is rusted from sitting for a while it does appear serviceable for a while though.
(with the power of this bike it would be a shame to break an engine case due to a weak chain)
